Yet The House of Commons 'Menopause & The Workplace' survey found that employers are mostly ignorant of the "very large number" of staff with difficult menopause symptoms that are affecting their performance.

More than 56% of women can’t or don’t want to take HRT. But figuring out how to feel better naturally is hard, because there's such a conflicting array of advice and products, that women don't know what to trust. Also unbeknownst to most, the rules for staying healthy in this lifestage change.
For those who do take HRT, its efficacy is rarely 100%. But that can be improved with lifestyle interventions eg nutrition, lifestyle, stress management and sleep education.
